Notice to Vacate for a Month to Month Tenant
My husband and I just bought a property with multiple housing units. One of the newest tenants does not have a lease. The other tenants have been there years and are complaining of traffic coming in and out of the property. This tenant has not replied to my Letter of New Landlord asking to respond with an information sheet. Nor has she paid this months rent, she is now 3 days late per the agreement she had with the previous owner. I will be sending a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit but I am not thinking that she may not be a tenant I want to keep. Does anyone have a sample letter of a Non Renewal of Lease for a Month to Month Tenant?
