Looking for RV Park Advice / Sit-Down

Hello Everyone,

I've done a lot of reading here on BP, but not a lot of posting. My wife and I are cash investors with 3 SFR rentals in San Antonio, TX. A deal came up for a RV park towards the coast with further development potential. We eventually would like to get into some multi-family deals, and this may be an opportunity to do something smaller first to get some more learning in and then 1031 our way up.

 I was wondering if there's anyone in town or the area with RV park experience that may be willing to spend a little time with me at their site showing me the ropes. Feel free to post back or PM me.

@JP Gips I have 2 Mobile Home Parks. One in San Antonio and the other in Floresville. I can sit down with you and tell you about our experiences and lessons learned.
