Hello everyone I'm looking for a wholesale friendly Title Company in the Richmond Va and surrounding areas. Any suggestions would be appreciated also do you have to use a local title company to close deals or can I close without stepping foot in a title office? Thanks is advance for the responses.

@Clifton Mallory just talk to some local investors, investor friendly agents, or just network at your local REI club to get that reference.

You do not have to go to your closings.  I always tell investors, especially those that are doing many deals that going to closings is a waste of time.  A closing can literally eat up half your day.  Just think how many offers you can make in that time.

So you are thinking the right stuff.  Get a good title company that understands how to work with and structure investor type of deals.  I have not been to the last few thousand closings that I have had.  during that time issues have definitely come up during closings.  But my very experienced attorneys were able to handle them.
