First flip is under contract
Pretty excited about finally posting in this discussion.
My first flip is under contract and set to close next week.
The details:
Purchase: $31,000
Rehab: $26,500
Buying/Selling/holding costs: $11,600
Sale price: $91,000
Profit: $21,900
Total time to flip 3 months
I learned a ton during the process, and was pretty excited to be successful in the first one. Many more to come!
