BRRR strategy. REFINANCING?
Hi everyone. Can anyone provide me with an answer to how many times a person can refinance if they are using brrr strategy for investing? I see Brandon Turner (VP of BP) say he does it all the time. I am assuming there is a limit. I am specifically talking about cash out refi. Thanks!
