Home equity line for investing

Hello, my name is Aaron and I'm new to BP. I was wondering if anyone had any experience or insight on if you thought it would be a smart decision to take out a home equity line to increase a down payment to purchase a flip property to make mo/ payment lower until my flip is complete? Any and all feedback appreciated. Thanks
