Just acquired my first property!

I just closed on my very first rental property! It's an occupied duplex in the historic district of Temple. This is a big deal for me, you guys. This is the first step in a radically new direction from where I've been, mainly focusing on my children and family for the last 27 years. 

I just had to tell someone!

I just finished reading Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Keller, et al.

It's amazing how many stories in the bio section of the book were similar to yours.
