thanks James for the support. I've updated the blog already once today. I'll be updating it as often as possible so that you can see practically every move I make. I considered doing some video but didn't want to impose on the sellers privacy. He's already gracious enough to allow me to do what I'm doing and watching my blog posts as we move along.

I'll have one update tomorrow for sure, maybe two and then maybe one Friday. Things will move pretty quickly in the beginning and then have a pause and pick back up again.
