How did some of you in the Baltimore area put together your company?I am at the stage of filing my company with the state. Which is the easy part, to me. I am stalling a bit, not sure of my next step. Do I get with my RE or start on getting funding to buy and rehab, after filing with the state. Your stories and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can I ask, why are you setting up a business entity before you've even started? If you listen to the forums or read some of these books, a lot of people point out that you don't need to set up a business entity at first, and that people tend to do it just to feel like they're "doing something" rather than actually running deals and buying properties.
