My First Wholesale
The first one is always the most nervous. I was a little hesitant on investing because i have heard a lot of people getting burned out of a deal in the past. Once i did my research and spoke to some people that could show me the ropes i became more comfortable. I learned the do's and dont's. The deal sounded too good to be true but this property was ARV & 127k i Got it for 89k. With me wholesaling it to a rehabber who understood the value of it everyone walked away happy.

Give us more details, how did you find it, What condition was it in? Was the seller distressed? did it go smooth? How much did you make?
