My gyms
I buy commercial property is border areas and run MMA and BJJ gyms. The gyms pay for the mortgage and then some. I have been able to buy 13 locations like this in the US and 3 in Asia and Africa.

Mcdonalds has a quote that they're not in the burger business. They're in the Real Estate business. They own some of the most prime properties in the world in the best places becuase of their burgers.
