Wholesaled my First Deall!!
I am a REALTOR in the DFW area so I come across investment opportunities daily. Before I would work to help investors acquire properties. I finally decided to stop handing over deals for a measly 3% commission and do the deals myself. I wholesaled my first property (to someone I met through BiggerPockets) last week for a hefty profit and definitely looking to do more. Would love to partner/network with other investors in the area.
