Buying apartments as rental properties in California
Has anybody bought a single apartment in Northern California as a rental? Are they easy to get tenants into after you purchased them? I am a first time buyer for a rental property and the properties that I have ran the numbers on look great on paper but I didn't know if this is a great niche or not.
