Minimum Homeowner Equity Requirement
If I were trying to pull info from list source what is the minimum equity percentage requirement for a residential property? I have seen some say they'd call it a deal with 35% equity and I have heard others say they wouldn't mess with it if it had less than 90% homeowner equity.
