Hi investors, I am base in New York but thinking of invest on another city with higher ROI. Saw this listing online ROI is more than 10% https://www.redfin.com/TX/Dallas/7152-Fair-Oaks-Ave-75231/unit-1135A/home/30858693 Is this good deal? Can anyone Recomend a good agent and PM on Austin Dallas or Dallas Texas? Thank you!
