Trying to become better at having a social profile, and what a better way to do that then share some of my project pictures.

Here is a project that was just completed and sold.

3600sq ft home in Oakland Hills CA

Bought the lot 2 years ago, went through all the entitlement processes, and took 8 month to complete that beauty. So from start to finish was about 2 years.

Just sold a bit over asking price for $1.9mil
