Another Great Year!

BP Nation, I would like to apologize for not being as active as I should have been, but my absence was much needed. This was another successful year in both our real estate and personal objectives. This past month I sold an another property, a single family residence that I flipped. I bought this property for $180K in 2014 and sold for $369 in 2016. Another successful closing! In the meantime, my wife and I invested in our realtor business, resulting in my wife to be the Top 10% first year and Top 1% second year in the entire Pikes Peak Region.
