@Christopher Malone Thanks for sharing!  This should be a good episode for BP followers (especially newbies) because even after over 300 rehabs/flips we(GC Realty Investments) made some mistakes early on in this 2 flat purchase in Chicago.  We let our guard down and missed some details.  We had to figure some things out quick. The episode will show us with our back against the wall and how we got out of it or not?  Made money or not?  Not allowed to have spoilers till it airs.
