Sold another property today, that I did nothing to... 44% CoC ROI

Purchased an out-of-state foreclosure the end of January, did nothing to it except listed it for sale, 65 days later, finally sold it and made 44% CoC ROI in 2 months, with no work. I'd take more of those. On to the next deal!! #KeepGrinding
