Could someone help me double check this home & see if it's a good or bad deal. I've been learning about real estate investing on & off for awhile and now I want to start the process of getting my first deal. I ran this home through the Bigger Pockets Rental Property Calculator and came out with some good numbers but I would still like someone that's more experienced go over it as well.
