Should I sell a VA rental to pay off debt and reinvest ?

Hello BP I am looking for advice on wether or not to sell a property. I have three condos, live in one and renting the other two, the two being rented are both VA loans with 3.25% interest rate. The one I am considering selling is located in san jose ca and has a comp of 450K and I owe 263K on the mortgage. the reason I'm considering selling is because my credit card debt is getting up around 23K which is effecting my credit score. My thoughts are that I would be able to pay off all debts, finish renovating my current condo, refinance it and rent it out and then again be eligible for another va loan. Would love to hear some advice
