Wisconsin multi family investors, realtors , or anyone willing to help I have a deal that is not on the market before I make an offer I'm reaching out for some help to make sense of the deal and to ensure it is in fact a good deal. Being that it is my first one I want to make sure I am not missing anything any outside help would be appreciated.
