Math, learning if deal is right for me

Greetings all,

I am wanting to learn more about the math process to look at other deals to try and figure out what I want to jump in on... Is there a forum on here that we can see how other people do the math? Looking forward to feedback and thank you for your time...

blessings,

Shane

You can start with BP's video on using the four square method to analyze rental property. Very simple..
