First time opportunity - Go or No Go
I have an opportunity to purchase a 6 Unit apartment building that has 2 bedrooms/1bath per unit.
Seller is looking to sell for $325k. They have provided me their P&L sheet from the previous year.
It's in a good neighborhood, has a garage attached to each, building is in great shape but would like your take on if this is a good deal or not.
