Hello bp family. I found a few homes in a hot market in SC but they are abandoned properties. What are ways of finding out the property owners information so I can get further information and purchase these properties?

Check out your county tax assessor website and enter in the addresses. That should give you the name of the owner along with a mailing address. You can send them a letter or do some Google research to find a phone number. Best of luck.
