Houston TX house after flood - opportunity or not ?
Hey everyone,
Was wondering what other investors think of a house that has recently been flooded going for sale at a discount in Houston, TX:
House is 3/2 with over 2200 SQFT . 2 stories house, first floor completely flooded and now guttered. ARV estimate $215k asking for $100k.
Anyone has experience with such renovation after flooding and repair cost estimate - please share.
