Lease with option deal structure
Hello all,
I am currently looking at buying an 8 unit apt complex and have nearly convinced the owner to do a lease with an option. He wants to know how I plan to structure the deal. My problem is, I have never structured a lease with option to buy. Can anyone give me advice on where to go to find a contract or send me a contract they use? Thank you
