Hi BP Community, 

I was wondering if there was anyone that had a great pro forma that helped calculate NOI for a new build development where I'm splitting a double lot to build two stand-alone residences and looking to rent each over the long term. I find really good ones where the end result is off load both properties but the plan is to hold!
