@Maria Teslik I don't offer training but I did just publish a book with BiggerPockets publishing that you may find beneficial. It's not exactly a "how to" book (the note business is probably too vast for just one book) but it does offer an introductory overview of the note industry as a whole, as well as feature some creative note strategies you could employ with traditional Real Estate that I used throughout my career. If you're more interested in the institutional note space, I'd highly recommend checking out the bonus materials that come with it.
