@Lior Reich Are you paying cash for the property? I don't see any payments for a mortgage. I also think you may need to put more than $15/month in a cap ex bucket. Other than those things, looks good to me. I can't make any comments as to taxes or water/sewer because I am not very clear at where or what country the property is in.
