flip, Purchase price $140k, resell range $220 to $300k. need to spend $15k to fix up.

Is this a deal? I am new to the game.

If those numbers are accurate, it's a great deal.,.

In fact, it's so good of a deal (potentially $120K profit on a $300K sale), I'd be skeptical those numbers were accurate.

But again, if they are, looks great!
