[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal - Looked good at first?
View report This looked good at first glance, but maybe not so much after digging in? Using equity from a paid off property for down payment so P&I would be around $460 for a 76k loan, which I factored in as extra costs per month on the calculations.. So only a few k out of pocket for closing costs etc..
