short sale need advice
Hi,
In Contract with buyers for short sale... Banks number is way more than contracted price. I still think this is a pretty good deal but I would like a second (third or fourth) opinion.
This home is on Long Island in good school district on busy road
3bdrm 2 bath needs about 10-15k work (full basement as well)
price 162k 20% down then rest at 30 years 5.5% fixed
taxes 6400
Income will be 1800/month
Please any input would be appreciated
