Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

I bought a townhome as my first rental investment. It has been a great way to come into the investing game as an investor and property manager. I pay HOA dues, but am able to rely on them for exterior maintenance and paying the water/sewer utilities. The returns are therefore a little lower, but it is a great property to have for a first time property manager that does not have a lot of disposable time to dedicate to management.
