My first buy and hold. We call it the concession stand because of the way it's build with block exterior and interior walls, it looks like a concession stand at a local softball complex. I bought it from the local housing authority, it had been sitting vacant for about 10 years.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was new at investing and wasn't exactly sure what direction I was going in, but I knew this was a good deal.
