Purchase price: $417,000
Cash invested: $120,000
Sale price: $735,000

New roof, electrical, plumbing, new foundation, new bedrooms new bathrooms, structural changes to floor plan, new kitchen, fresh paint inside and out and new landscaping and sprinkler system.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I love craftsman style homes. I love historical homes.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

From a colleague\friend of mine who was my appraiser.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money

How did you add value to the deal?

Updating with maintaining the history of the style

Project finished and sold without a hitch

No I’m a real estate broker and have my own company so it was practically in house,
