Seven-family that we were able to BRRRR and recapture all but $10,000 of our own cash. Used multiple private lenders to fund the purchase and a business line of credit to fund the $40,000 rehab. Increased rents $50/unit and improved utility efficiencies. Build storage units in the basement.
