Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Moosup.

Purchase price: $325,000

Eight-family (two four-families side-by-side) purchased using seller financing. Completed the BRRR 18 months after purchase. Was able to get a 30 year fixed rate residential mortgage on each building.
