Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Spring Lake.

Purchase price: $171,000
Cash invested: $12,700

First go at real estate investing and buy and hold, seems to be working out so far.

How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeling floors, rooms, upgrading lighting, and replacing appliances.

Appealing to the tenants, they seem to LOVE the inside.
