Jeremy Galloway Sourced this distressed property, This property had a LONG quiet title Period. In the mean time hands were tied, and we started vetting tenants right away. Worked with Jeff Parmer Law who guided me thorugh troublesome title quiet process.

This has been greatest cashflow property, However CASH on CASH return is poor. Still A GOOD Deal.
