Looking for our first property in the Fayetteville, NC area.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

ISO SFH for around 100k in the Jack Britt school district around Fayetteville,NC. Looking for the ugliest house in an A or B neighborhood.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We are looking for our first property to live in, rehab and use the forced appreciation to leverage our subsequent BRRR deals.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We are still looking !

How did you finance this deal?

The plan is to finance our first one with a VA loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

We are looking for the ugliest house in an A or B neighborhood in the Jack Britt School district. We plan to find a property we can add a 3rd or 4th bedroom to, do paint, floors, and kitchen improvements to force appreciation.

What was the outcome?

It will be eventual success.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are currently in search of excellent professionals to work with.
