Purchase price: $100,000
Cash invested: $80,000
Sale price: $215,000
Home purchased right before the market down turn. Had some up and downs but was cash flowing nicely for a long time.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Purchased from family with quick flip in mind. Down turn created a value issue

Have a contractor doing the work to remodel don’t over do the upgrades do better up front planning watch the market
