[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
This Property may go along with another deal I am considering and have also posted for analysis.
There is definitely room for change in the asking price on this to move down and the rents in this triplex are way under where they should/could be. The income could go up $3-400 without pushback from the local market.
Management fee I kept low but would be paying it to myself.
What cha think??
