[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Hi all, i would like some input on this property. I'm new to bigger pockets and am just practicing my deal analysis. This home is being foreclosed and put for auction due to this owner cant pay rent. So there is no repairs necessary. Please be critical and let me know if i am understanding this correctly or am totally off.
