Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Payette.

Bought this duplex in september of 2017 have been able to increase cash flow by forced appreciation . We installed a sprinkler system for the yard along with yard maintenance in the summer and spring. Also got ceiling fans for bedroom and living rooms of both units.
looking to possible pull some equity out of this duplex this summer.
