Originally purchased as my personal residence, but ended up being a down to the stud, complete remodel. Wanting first-hand knowledge for future investments, I did a lot of the rewiring, plumbing, drywall, flooring, etc. myself (with the pros give the thumbs up or thumbs down of course).
