Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Mesa.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $1,000

This was my first home. I bought it to rent to college students. The homes in this area have really appreciated so it time let it go and fund the next deal! Listed today at 170k!!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking for a place to live in college and saw some land lords had renting rooms had many houses. Hated the idea of renting so I bought my own and rented the other rooms

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found on the MLS. Paid asking price.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA

How did you add value to the deal?

I just maintained the property and let time do the rest.

What was the outcome?

Prices have been rising so it's time to sell and fund the next
