where should i buy the beach house??
Hello fellow forumers!
My husband is turning 40 this march and I wanted to surprise him by buying a villa on the beach since he is very much into sailing. A co-worker told me that they purchesed a town house in Greece and that they got a good deal (about $140,000). Can anybody comment on that. I would prefer a villa on the mediterranean because of the climate and the temperature of the water. But if anybody has a better suggestion I would be more than happy to listen.
