Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Sale price: $199,000

Single family home that needed work. 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath. Rooms rented out to cover expenses.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The entire area is being fixed and flipped bringing up property values along with new paved roads being put in. Surrounding areas went up 10% plus in value in the 2018.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Previous owner needed a quick sell due to personal issues.
