Market/Location Vagueness in Podcasts

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I listen to the BP podcast a lot. These are amazing stories, very inspiring.

Once thing that has been bothering me is the vagueness around which markets/locations these guests are investing in. Brandon makes it sounds like their success have everything to do with everything else but the market.

As an example, I am listening to Podcast #318 right now. The guest sent 190+ letters to home owners and closed 6 deals, amazing stat. He somewhere mentioned he lives in Nebraska. But that's it, no other info on the location.

I think in each podcast the variables for success are numerous so I understand it should not be credited just to the location. However, by not integrating the market/location into the discussion, the context is not understood fully.

Thanks
